Marine Weather Intelligence has won the 2023 edition of IFREMER’s Octo’Pousse competition. The company will collaborate with two IFREMER laboratories, LHyMar and LOPS, to work on atmospheric and marine forecasting models.
This recognition represents more than an accolade. It positions Marine Weather Intelligence to:

A Validation of the Mission
The victory validates the company’s mission to transform maritime navigation and enhance safety at sea, operational efficiency, and industry navigation tools.
The collaboration with IFREMER researchers directly supports Marine Weather Intelligence’s development of more accurate, locally calibrated weather models, a cornerstone of the routing advice delivered to captains and fleet operators.
